The Briarwood Pool Association serves over 200 members of the Briarwood and Wexford communities in Olathe, Kansas. Our pool is a great way to cool off on those hot summer days and we work hard to maintain our pool as best as we can.

WHAT ARE THE BYLAWS OF YOUR COMMUNITY?

WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
Dues for the 2025 season are $225 with an additional $25 assessment. Payments are due by January 31st, 2025. If payment is not received by the due date, late fees may apply. Pool access cards will not be activated until your dues and any outstanding fees are paid in full. Our full dues invoicing and collections procedures will be sent out with your invoices. WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I SPOT A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS REPAIR?
If you're at the pool and you notice something that needs to be repaired or replaced, please use the Contact Us form below. While we do our best to make sure things are in tip-top shape, we can't catch everything and help from our members is always appreciated.
CAN WE HOST PARTIES AT THE POOL?
For the 2025 season we will not be accepting any reservations for pool parties but we hope to have a plan in place for next season. Please keep an eye out for updates on our blog page.
When does the pool season run through and what are the daily hours?
The pool opens the weekend of Memorial Day and will remain open through the weekend of Labor Day. The daily hours are 9:30 am until 9:30 pm.
How do I become a pool member?
We are not adding new members for the 2025 pool season at this time. During this upcoming season, we will be monitoring the traffic at the pool and if it looks as though we can accommodate additional members in the future we will post an update here and send out invitational postcards.
