Purpose of Pool Dues
The dues aim to enhance the recreation, health, safety, and well-being of the members of the Briarwood Pool Association. Specifically, they are designated for the improvement, maintenance, and repair of the pool, parking lot, and common areas of lots 447 and 448 where the pool is located.
2025 Annual Dues and One Time Assessment
2025 Annual dues- $225.00
2025 One time Assessment- $25.00
Invoices are mailed by December 1st, and due January 31st.
