Purpose of Pool Dues

The dues aim to enhance the recreation, health, safety, and well-being of the members of the Briarwood Pool Association. Specifically, they are designated for the improvement, maintenance, and repair of the pool, parking lot, and common areas of lots 447 and 448 where the pool is located.

2026 Annual Dues and One Time Assessment

2026 Annual dues- $240.00

2026 One time Assessment- $160.00

Invoices were initially sent in early October 2025 and are due, in full, by February 28th, 2026.

Checks are made payable to Briarwood Pool Association, please include invoice number on the memo line and send to:
