Water Leak

Hello members,

Earlier today we were alerted to a water leak at the pool. At this time, the water has been shut off, and the leak has stopped. Additionally, one member has provided a dehumidifier and a couple of fans to help get things dried out. If anyone has an additional dehumidifier that they would be willing to loan out, it would be greatly appreciated; please email info@briarwoodpool.net to let us know.

Most of the water was contained in the pump room where the only systems are the filtration and pumps which were already going to be replaced. There is some minor drywall damage that will need to be repaired but otherwise there's no major concerns. The water had remained on while our contractor was performing work at the pool. After speaking with our contractor today, he's assured us that he will make any necessary repairs to damaged areas. Should there be any unforeseen costs associated with this leak, we do now have a contingency fund available to help cover those costs but, as of right now, we don't think that will be necessary.
